Shelby Gibbs

Shelby Gibbs is the Chief Operating Officer at National Novel Writing Month, responsible for Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and HR. Shelby collaborates with others in developing financial standards and procedures, manages fundraising galas, streamlines internship programs, and oversees customer service. In their past roles, Shelby has worked as an Office Manager, Teaching Assistant, Editorial & Marketing Intern, and Personal Assistant. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Mills College.
