Izabelle Pinzon has a diverse range of work experience. Izabelle is currently the Vice President for Finance at National NSSLHA, a position they have held since July 2022. Izabelle is also a Graduate Clinician at Northwestern University, starting in January 2023. Izabelle has volunteered at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab since April 2023.

Furthermore, they have previous research experience as a Research Assistant for Dr. Reem Khamis and Deborah Friedman CCC-SLP at Adelphi University, recruiting participants, conducting play-based observational screenings, and coding participants' utterances.

Izabelle Pinzon's education history begins with their high school education at Herricks High School, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. Izabelle then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General at Adelphi University from 2018 to 2022. Following their undergraduate degree, Izabelle went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist at Northwestern University, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include "Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia" from the Aphasia Institute in April 2023, "SPEAK OUT! and LOUD Crowd" from the Parkinson Voice Project in March 2023, and "Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImP) Standardized Training and Reliability Testing" from NORTHERN SPEECH SERVICES, INC. in February 2023. Izabelle also holds certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED (Adults and Children) from the American Red Cross, obtained in September 2022, and CITI Training (Social and Behavioral Research) from the CITI Program, obtained in April 2022. Izabelle completed DASA Training (Dignity for All Students Act) from the New York State Education Department in March 2021.
