Karilyn Brudzinski has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various organizations. In 2023, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Aphasia and Related Conditions (ARC) Research Lab at the University of Central Florida, where they conducted research on speech and language processing in individuals with aphasia and apraxia. Karilyn also volunteered at Aphasia Family, a non-profit organization focused on supporting individuals affected by aphasia.

In 2022, Karilyn took on leadership roles in the National NSSLHA (National Student Speech Language Hearing Association), serving as the UCF NSSLHA Vice President of Internal Affairs and the Public Relations Coordinator. Karilyn Brudzinski attended the University of Central Florida from 2021 to 2023, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General. In August 2023, they obtained a certification in Human Subjects Research-Group 2: Social/Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel from the CITI Program.
