Matthew is a highly-trained professional with 20 years of varied experience working with children and young adults with severe learning difficulties and mental health issues.

Matthew’s background is centred around transforming the lives of others through positive education about disabilities and how to access support. He specialises in Autistic Spectrum Disorders with personal experience within the community through family and voluntary work.

Delivering an exceptional level of care is very important to Matthew, as reflected in four years of outstanding ratings from UK regulatory bodies.

Matthew ensures his team build strong, productive relationships with their clients, to support them in all aspects of recruitment and inductions as well as providing staff on a last-minute and fixed term basis.
