Kimberly Jackson

Kimberly Jackson has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational performance. Kimberly is currently working as the Director of Organizational Performance and Learning, as well as the Chief Learning Officer at NOAA. Prior to this, they served as the Director of the Federal HR Institute at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from December 2018 to August 2022. Before that, they held various roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including HRD Director-HR Academy and HRIS Supervisory Specialist-HR LOB. As an HRIS Supervisory Specialist, they led a team in executing enterprise-wide HRIS projects and successfully managed key activities such as training, communications, and change management. Kimberly also worked as a Learning Consultant at the HR Academy.

Kimberly Jackson holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development, with a focus on Organizational Development. Kimberly also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Trinity Washington University. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Trinity Washington University. Their education history also includes studies in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Furthermore, Kimberly holds a Kirkpatrick Bronze Certification from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC.
