Stephen Mayle

Stephen Mayle is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in management and analysis within federal agencies. Currently serving as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at NOAA, Stephen facilitates collaborative efforts at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL), managing a significant $85 million Cooperative Institute for Modeling the Earth System award to Princeton University. Previously, as Administrative Officer at GFDL, Stephen provided leadership and oversight to enhance the research environment while managing increasing complexity in administrative processes. Prior experience includes a role as Program Analyst at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where Stephen advised on policy matters for a large office, as well as earlier positions in collections and landscaping.
