Colin Bell

Colin Bell is an experienced technology and software professional with a background in marine data and environmental research. As Software and Technology Manager at the National Oceanography Centre since March 2021, Colin Bell leads technological initiatives, having previously served as Head of the Marine Data Products Team from April 2010 to October 2019. Colin Bell's career at the Natural Environment Research Council spans from February 1992 to October 2019, during which time Colin Bell worked as a Software Engineer. Colin Bell holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Leeds, earned between 1988 and 1991.
