Amy Hartmann

Amy Hartmann has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Amy started their career as an HR Contract Recruiter at Novartis Consumer Health in 2008 and later transitioned into a Recruitment and Administrative Specialist role. Amy then moved to Novartis Animal Health in 2009, where they held various roles, including Staffing Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, and Recruitment and Administrative Specialist. During their time at Novartis, they implemented staffing strategies, assisted managers with candidate evaluation and interviewing, and maintained HR metrics reporting.
