Jill L. Pollander

Jill Pollander is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient services and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Patient Services at the National Organization for Rare Disorders since June 2018, Jill provides oversight for advocacy-oriented services and establishes partnerships with various stakeholders. Previously, as Director of Patient Services at NORD, Jill optimized customer-centric programs for over 10,000 patients annually. Jill's prior roles at Hospitals Insurance Company included Assistant Vice President of Underwriting & Client Services, where responsibilities involved improving customer engagement and risk management. Additionally, Jill was a Principal Consultant in Pain Management and Palliative Care, establishing a consulting practice recognized nationally. Jill holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and two Bachelor's degrees from Northeastern University in Nursing and Science.
