Sara Simpson

Sara Simpson currently serves as a Consultant with the Disability Program at Duquesne University School of Nursing since August 2022. In addition, Sara is a member of the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) since September 2020, contributing to patient advocacy for individuals with rare diseases. Previously, from February 2006 to April 2020, Sara held the position of Senior Customer Support at FedEx Services, focusing on managing and processing large account shippers’ delayed or lost freight. Sara's early career included a role at US Airways (now American Airlines) from September 1999 to July 2005, where responsibilities involved booking and reissuing reservations and assisting in the development of training materials for new hires.
