Paulina Romero

Paulina Romero is an experienced professional currently serving as Senior Partnerships Manager at the National Organization on Disability since June 2023. Previously, Paulina held various roles at iD Tech Camps, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing operations and logistics for youth programs and enhancing training processes for management staff. At Project 351, Paulina functioned as Development Manager, implementing innovative fundraising strategies and improving donor engagement through efficient acknowledgment processes. Prior experience also includes serving as Program Director at Phillips Brooks House Association Inc., overseeing operations for a cultural summer camp. Paulina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Justice Studies with a concentration in Human Rights/Education from Wellesley College and has further education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Queen's University Belfast, and National Cheng Kung University.
