Kelly McKinnon Trevino

Kelly McKinnon Trevino is a Senior Program Manager at the International Rescue Committee, where leadership of the Post Award Grant Management Team focuses on Refugee Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration in the United States. As a NOLS Instructor, Kelly provides education on wilderness emergency response. Previous experience includes serving as a Public Policy Fellow with the Fulbright Program and as a Senior Program Manager at Roots of Peace, managing significant contracts and grants for agricultural programs in Afghanistan and Vietnam. Additional roles include Project Coordinator at ACDI/VOCA, supporting USAID and World Bank projects in Northern Iraq, and a Kiva Fellow, enhancing microfinance operations in Nicaragua. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in International Service from American University.
