Mike Zawaski

Mike Zawaski is the Founder and Instructor at The Observant Naturalist, where Mike offers inquiry-based science workshops on astronomy and ancient cultures. Mike is also an Instructor at Wilderness Medicine Institute of NOLS and Colorado Outward Bound School, where Mike teaches wilderness courses and climbing. Additionally, Mike worked as a Part-time Faculty at Front Range Community College, teaching various science and outdoor education courses. Mike holds a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Colorado Boulder.
