Ryan Butler

Ryan Butler is a seasoned professional in the field of philanthropy and museum operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Philanthropy Operations at the National Park Foundation since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at the National Gallery of Art, where Ryan progressed from Development Associate to Senior Development Officer for Annual Giving between September 2018 and March 2024. Previously, Ryan worked at the Smithsonian Institution in various capacities, including Assistant Manager of Database and Gift Processing. Additional positions include Development Assistant at Freedom House and internships across prestigious institutions such as the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Denver Art Museum. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
