Richard Hall has extensive experience in civil engineering and facility management, currently serving as the Chief of Facilities, Maintenance & Construction for the National Park Service since June 2016. Hall oversees the operation of utility systems in Yosemite National Park, managing over 40 water and wastewater systems. Previously, Hall held roles including Director of Engineering at R.E. Berg Engineering, Inc., and Assistant Vice President at Project Design Consultants, where responsibilities included directing water resources and managing senior office functions. Other positions include Associate at RBF Consulting and Engineering Manager at NV5, where project involvement included collaboration with FEMA Region 9. Richard Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, completed between 1984 and 1988, and pursued further education at San Diego State University in 1997-1998.
