Amos Gwema is a dedicated conservationist and wildlife ranger currently serving as the Wildlife Crime Coordinator for the Community Action for Wildlife Conservation Trust since November 2023. In this role, Amos focuses on empowering communities through education on wildlife conservation and addressing the dangers of wildlife crime. Additionally, Amos has held positions as Principal Intelligence and Security Officer with the Zimbabwe Parks & Wildlife Management Authority and has been involved with the Security Department of the National Parks Conservation Association since December 2007. Education includes a Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management of Zimbabwe and multiple degrees in Risk and Security Management from the Chartered Institute of Risk and Security Management, specializing in Law and Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing.
