Hridhay Murali

Hridhay Murali is a skilled product development leader currently serving at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Hridhay worked as a product consultant for multiple companies from December 2022 to April 2023 and as a product manager at healthi.in from September 2021 to November 2022, where efforts focused on B2B2C group health and wellness benefits administration. Notable achievements include leading user research, defining product strategy, and managing the development of an app for over 50 clients with a combined user base exceeding 500,000. Previously, Hridhay co-founded and served as COO and head of product at Dotball Interactive Private Limited, developing India’s first social daily fantasy sports platform, scaling it to over 250,000 users, and achieving significant improvements in customer acquisition costs and revenue. Hridhay holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Product Management Certificate from Product School.
