Krishna Tiwari

Krishna Tiwari is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR functions, currently serving as Senior Lead HR for the Outsourced Vertical at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) since June 2018. Responsibilities include campus hiring, individual consultant management, and leading outsourced onsite resources across multiple locations including Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Prior to NPCI, Krishna held multiple HR roles at Sodexo from 2012 to 2018, including Senior Manager, focusing on employee engagement, payroll, and compliance matters. Additionally, Krishna has experience in HR operations from earlier positions at SBI General Insurance, Sodexo India, and HSBC, contributing to various facets of HR such as offer letters, onboarding, and employee relations. Krishna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.Com from Thakur College of Commerce & Science.
