Shivani Bansal

Shivani Bansal currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) since December 2022. Previously, Shivani held the position of Associate Director - Global Talent Acquisition at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) from November 2019 to December 2022 and also served as Lead for Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Shivani worked at Orange Business Services in various roles including Lead - Talent Acquisition and Senior Human Resources Consultant from November 2012 to November 2019. Shivani's career began at Alcatel-Lucent as Lead-HR and included a position as HR Professional at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. Shivani's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource from Symbiosis, a Diploma in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Siddharth College of Law, and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, along with certifications from Thomas International and SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
