Babbe Vilayphanh is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Associate at National Philanthropic Trust since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing robotic process automation using UiPath and designing automation workflows with Smartsheet. Previously, Babbe held the position of IT Business Application Support Associate at the same organization, providing first-level support for donor-advised fund administration software. Prior experience includes an internship at SAP as a CoE E2E Hybrid Operations & DevOps Intern, focusing on customer relationship management and process automation, and an internship as a Front-End Developer at Penn State Abington, where a mobile application for warehouse data collection was developed. Babbe is pursuing education at Penn State Abington, building on a foundation from Charter High School for Architecture and Design, where a high school diploma was obtained.
