Shaundra Culatta

Shaundra Culatta is an accomplished violinist with extensive experience in various orchestras and ensembles, currently performing with the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra and the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra since February 2023 and June 2006, respectively. Culatta owns Encore Strings, providing music services since March 2023, and has held positions with the Richmond Symphony, The Maryland Symphony Orchestra, American Festival Pops Orchestra, and National Philharmonic, among others. Additionally, Culatta has a background in instrument rentals and luthiery from Day Violins LLC and has taught at a private violin studio for over two decades. Educationally, Culatta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Brigham Young University, completed in 2006.
