James Blakesley

James Blakesley has extensive experience in research and scientific roles. James began their career as an Associate Patent Attorney at J A Kemp - Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys in 2000. James then pursued research positions at Toshiba Research Europe Limited, UCL, and the University of Cambridge. In 2007, they became a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge before moving to the University of Potsdam as a Senior Research Fellow in 2009. Most recently, Blakesley has been working at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) as a Senior Research Scientist and is currently serving as the Principal Research Scientist.

From 2001 to 2005, James Blakesley pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Semiconductor Device Physics at the University of Cambridge.
