Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith is an experienced website manager currently overseeing the National Physical Laboratory’s website operations and web development strategy since November 2017. Previously served as a Web Specialist and Website & Digital Executive at NPL, focusing on content development and performance monitoring to achieve organizational objectives. Spencer's prior roles include Online Marketing Executive at D-Link (Europe) Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed content management, SEO, collaboration with various teams, and training editors across Europe. Early experiences include web support roles at Childhood Eye Cancer Trust and WaterAid, as well as retail management at Virgin Entertainment spanning 14 years in the UK and Australia. Spencer holds a Diploma in Professional Music from West London Institute and has foundational education from Dartford Grammar School.
