Jason North

Jason North is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at the Alexandria Police Department, serving since 2005 in various roles, including Captain of the Technology Services Division and Lieutenant in multiple capacities such as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives. In addition to local law enforcement, Jason North contributes as an Executive Fellow at the National Policing Institute and as an elected Board Representative on the City of Alexandria Fire & Police Pension Board. Jason North is also recognized as an NIJ LEADS Scholar, aimed at enhancing law enforcement research capabilities. Consulting for the International Association of Chiefs of Police further showcases Jason North's expertise. Jason North holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and additional certifications in public management and police staff command.
