Reginald Thomas

Reginald Thomas is a Project Associate at the National Policing Institute since June 2022, focusing on marketing and preparing training materials for the Pathways to Justice® Training Program. Prior to this role, Reginald served as a Senior Program Associate at The Arc of the United States from January 2019 to June 2022, facilitating training workshops and addressing participant inquiries. Reginald's legal experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, where communication with clients and third parties was primary, as well as holding a similar position at Johnson & Osteryoung, P.A., where document preparation and legal pleadings drafting were key responsibilities. Reginald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of North Florida.
