Ellen Burr

Ellen Burr is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both executive and crisis communications. Currently serving as Communications Director at PwC since December 2018, Ellen has significantly enhanced the visibility of firm executives and successfully managed crisis communications. Prior to this role, Ellen held positions including External Communications Manager and Senior Associate at PwC, where responsibilities included overseeing external communications for consumer markets and managing high-impact media launches. Previous experience includes work as an Account Executive at LaunchSquad, where media relations strategies were developed for technology clients, and as a Production Assistant at Lax Sports Network. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College and a Master's Degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
