Michelle McLoughlin

Michelle McLoughlin is an experienced contract photographer and the owner of McLoughlin Photography, established in April 2004, with a focus on editorial and corporate assignments in Connecticut. As the Event Chair for the National Press Photographers Association since March 2008, Michelle has led a team to produce a three-day educational event for photojournalists, emphasizing innovative programming and financial oversight. Additionally, a recent role as Project Manager and Curator for a Fortune 500 tech company involved commissioning and curating a significant art installation for a new office space. Prior to these positions, Michelle held staff photographer roles at both the Record-Journal and Middletown Press, where responsibilities included covering a variety of news topics and photo editing. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
