Cathleen Smartt

Cathleen Smartt has extensive experience in property management, currently serving at National Property Management Associates, Inc. since November 2016. Previously, Cathleen held the position of Property Manager/Assistant Regional Manager at Barrington Residential from November 2010 to November 2015, overseeing all aspects of three apartment communities and assisting the Regional Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Assistant at Fingerlakes Manor from August 2007 to October 2010 and management at Tanning Bed, Ltd. from March 2000 to July 2009.
