Keith Strohl is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial real estate valuation and consulting, currently serving as Principal at NPV Advisors since September 2003. Strohl leads operations in a national firm with multiple offices across major U.S. cities. Prior to this role, Strohl was the Managing Principal at American Appraisal Associates, where the western region office was established and valuation services were provided to various financial entities. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at KTR, overseeing the Western Region from Los Angeles, and holding management and consulting positions in real estate valuation with Bank of America and several appraisal firms. Strohl holds a certificate in Real Estate from the College of DuPage, obtained between 1984 and 1986.
