Nicole Fentem

Nicole Fentem has extensive experience in various roles within the National PTA, where involvement spans from 2008 to the present, particularly in the Training Capacity Building Initiative (TCBI) aimed at enhancing training resources for PTA volunteers. Nicole facilitated TCBI workshops, including the "Train the Trainer Workshop," focused on deliberation skills essential for community engagement. Additional roles include Program Manager at Illinois PTA from July 2009 to July 2017 and Vice President of Program Services, along with responsibilities as a membership assistant and Facebook administrator for local PTA councils. Prior experience includes serving as Northwest Cook Region Director and a state board member for Schaumburg School District 54 from 2004 to 2014 and working in tech sales at Elek-Tek from 1991 to 1995. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
