Hayley MacDonell Herzing

Hayley MacDonell Herzing has extensive experience in membership management, currently serving as the Director of Membership at the National Recreation and Park Association since September 2014, after holding roles as Senior Manager of Membership and Membership Programs Manager. Prior to this, MacDonell Herzing was the Associate Director of Membership and Communications at the National Community Pharmacists Association from September 2008 to September 2014. MacDonell Herzing holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism and Sociology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
