The NRH provides a comprehensive range of specialist rehabilitation services to adult and paediatric patients from throughout Ireland who, as a result of an accident, illness or injury, have acquired a physical or cognitive disability (or both) and require a specialist programme of rehabilitation.

The Therapists and Rehabilitation team at the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) delivers specialized rehabilitation programs for adult and pediatric patients who have acquired physical or cognitive disabilities through accident, illness, or injury. This multidisciplinary team, composed of senior occupational therapists, clinical specialists, physiotherapists, and medical social workers, coordinates and implements individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at maximizing patient recovery and improving overall quality of life.
