Paul Meyer

Paul Meyer is a skilled researcher currently serving as Researcher III at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since January 2020. Prior to this role, Paul was a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Candidate at The University of Texas at Austin from August 2016 to December 2019, where research focused on various engineering challenges. Paul gained practical experience as a Process Engineer Intern at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. and HollyFrontier Corporation, contributing to significant projects related to renewable chemical processes and refinery systems. In addition, Paul worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, where efforts were concentrated on gold nanoparticles and vaccine development. Paul holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
