Shibani Ghosh

Shibani Ghosh is a Senior Research Engineer at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since January 2018, specializing in power system modeling and control. Prior roles include Consultant at Smarter Grid Solutions, Power Systems Engineer at BlocPower, and Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, where PhD research focused on distribution voltage regulation with high photovoltaic penetration. Ghosh also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Lecturer at the University of Information Technology & Sciences, teaching various electrical engineering courses. Ghosh holds a PhD and MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Tech, as well as a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
