Keith Carter

Keith Carter has extensive experience in safety and security management, currently serving as a Safety and Security Officer with the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services since February 2011. In addition to this role, Keith Carter has held the position of Building Manager with the National Republican Senatorial Committee since 1994, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to facility management and operational oversight.
