Alkhateib Y. Gaafar

Alkhateib Y. Gaafar, DVM, MVSc, PhD, currently serves as a Visiting Professor at Hiroshima University in the Faculty of Biosphere Science since June 2022 and as a Professor at the National Research Centre (NRC) in the field of Aquatic Animal Diseases since March 2021. Gaafar has a substantial academic background, having previously held positions as an Associate Professor and Researcher focused on fish pathology at various institutions, including Hiroshima University and the National Research Centre, where involvement spanned over a decade. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Pathology from Alexandria University and participation in specialized courses related to aquaculture and veterinary medicine.
