Chef Donna Lavalais

Chef Donna Lavalais currently serves as a Dietary Manager at Aramark since January 2024 and has been a Culinary Manager at Aramark Refreshment Services since March 2022. As a small business owner of Exceptional Chefs of Winston Salem, Chef Donna offers personalized culinary experiences while ensuring adherence to Covid-19 guidelines. With extensive experience in various culinary roles including Sous Chef at Compass Group and Vegan Chef at Wake Forest University, Chef Donna also contributes to the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation as a Registered Proctor and Certified Instructor. Educational credentials include a degree in Culinary Arts from Providence Culinary Training and an associate's degree in Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant from Living Arts College.
