Rodney Duley has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, notably serving as an Operations Technical Person 2 at McDonald's Corporation since May 1983, where responsibilities include managing technical troubleshooting for POS systems and related equipment across five locations. Duley also holds the position of General Manager at Hogan Co. and serves as a Proctor for Servsafe exams with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation since September 2007. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Gap Inc./Gap from October 2001 to October 2002, focusing on human resources and people development. Duley earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hamburger University from 1993 to 1997, following graduation from Wells High School in 1986.
