Chip Romp

Chip Romp has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Chip started their career as a General Manager at Applebees International in 1992 and then moved on to becoming a General Manager at Damon's International in 1993. From 1995 to 2009, Chip worked as the Senior Vice President of Operational Services at Jillian's - JBC Entertainment. Chip then joined Fazoli's Restaurants in 2009 as the Vice President of Training and Development. After that, they worked at Ovation Brands, formerly Buffets, Inc., where they held various roles, including Vice President of Training and Vice President of Training and Operation Services. Chip is currently working at the National Restaurant Association as the Senior Director of Workforce Development and Business Services.

Chip Romp attended Denison University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
