Dennie Matthews

Dennie Matthews currently serves as the Business Head for APaC at the National Restaurant Association since May 2023, focusing on expanding the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute and National Restaurant Association Brands in the region. Prior to this role, Dennie held the position of Head of Global Sales at Infinito Revenue Management Solutions from September 2022 to April 2023. An extensive career at the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute spanned over 14 years, encompassing roles such as Chief Managing Officer for South Asia and South East Asia, Chief Managing Officer for India, and Director of Operations & Country Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as the Accounts and Finance Manager at AHLEI from June 2004 to May 2008 and as an Audit Trainee at Sharp and Tannan from June 2000 to June 2003, focusing on internal and statutory audits. Dennie's educational background includes a Master of Commerce in Cost Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with Intermediate Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
