Jordan Heiliczer

Jordan Heiliczer is a seasoned professional in labor and workforce policy, currently serving as the Labor & Workforce Policy Director at the National Restaurant Association since October 2022. Prior experience includes over eight years at AAHOA, the largest trade association for hotel owners in the United States, where Jordan held several roles from Government Affairs Representative to Senior Director, Government & Political Affairs, leading federal government affairs and strategic policy development. Previous positions include legislative internships with the U.S. House of Representatives, where research and constituent engagement were key responsibilities. Educational achievements include a Government and Politics degree from the University of Maryland and further studies at Tel Aviv University.
