Robert Tong

Robert Tong has a strong background in information technology and software architecture. Robert started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, where they designed and developed backend services for healthcare messaging. Robert then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at OAG Worldwide, where they designed and developed online flight schedule inquiry systems. At American Residential Services, Tong served as a Software Architect and Technical Lead, playing a key role in the development and optimization of the BOPS system. Currently, they are a Lead Architect at the National Restaurant Association, where they oversee IT architecture and development projects.

Robert Tong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Fudan University, from 1987 to 1991. Robert then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematical Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago, completing it in 1995.
