Saundra R. Roberts

Saundra R. Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, project management, and operational consulting. Currently serving as the Corporate Governance Manager at the National Restaurant Association since August 2021, Roberts oversees board governance, operations, and policy compliance. As the Founder of Omnific Resource, LLC, initiated in April 2023, Roberts offers management and governance services to small businesses and non-profits. In the role of Executive Director at D C Pearls III Foundation since January 2016, Roberts achieved significant fundraising growth and improved governance practices. Previous experience includes project management at Nasdaq and strategic analysis at SunGard Data Systems.
