Gina Steffens

Gina Steffens has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Gina started their career as an Associate Attorney at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. from 2003 to 2005. Gina then worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP from 2006 to 2011. Following that, they held the role of Senior Counsel at Regency Centers from 2012 to 2016. Gina then joined Vail Resorts as an Assistant General Counsel from 2016 to 2021. After that, they worked as Chief Legal Officer at PHM Brands from 2021 to 2022. Gina then served as General Counsel at Real Capital Solutions from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Gina is working as the Chief Executive Officer of PHM Brands since February 2023 and concurrently holds the position of Executive Vice President / General Counsel at NNN REIT, Inc. starting from December 2023.

Gina Steffens holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The George Washington University Law School. Gina also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Florida. Additionally, they have obtained a 500-Hour RYT certification from the Nosara Yoga Institute. Gina is a member of the Colorado Bar and the Florida Bar and holds additional certifications including being a 500-RYT Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and LEED AP - Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
