Margo Moeder has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Margo started their career as a Corporate Employment Director at Marriott International, where they managed recruitment and temporary staffing. Margo then worked as the Director of Human Resources at ACLD, overseeing HR functions. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at MCM Consulting, providing advisory services to businesses. Margo then held the position of U.S. Director of Human Resources at BREED Technologies, where they developed and administered HR programs and policies. Following that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Capital at CNL, delivering strategic HR consultation. Margo then served as the Director of Human Resources at Colorado Boxed Beef Company.
