Keely Hopkins currently serves as the State Director for the National Rifle Association, overseeing political and legislative activities across Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah since March 2024. Prior to this role, Keely held various positions at the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation from March 2021 to March 2024, including Manager for Western States & Firearm Policy and Manager for Pacific States. Keely also directed political efforts for the National Rifle Association in Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington from February 2015 to December 2020, following prior experience as a Grassroots Field Coordinator and Government Relations Attorney. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate in Government and International Law from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
