Chuck Divone

Chuck Divone joined NRTC as the general counsel in 2017. Divone most recently served as Deputy General Counsel at Neustar where he managed a team of five attorneys and two paralegals. Divone focused his practice on commercial transactions, litigation, intellectual property and compliance.

While at Neustar, Divone played key roles in extending Neustar’s high-value number portability contract, streamlining Neustar’s sales pipeline, and obtaining a dismissal of all claims in a high-visibility securities lawsuit.

Previously, Divone was with Sprint Nextel, Nextel Communications, and Nextel International, where among other duties he led the Commercial Law Group and negotiated a five-year master supply agreement with one of the world’s largest telecommunications equipment companies.

Divone is a graduate of Fordham University and Fordham School of Law, and has additional training from Georgetown University in strategic business leadership.
