Joshua Pepple

Joshua Pepple has a strong background in the electrical utility and smart grid technology industry. Joshua currently holds the position of Vice President of Smart Grid Technology Planning at NRTC, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Kankakee Valley REMC from November 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Accenture Utilities from May 2019 to November 2019. Joshua's career began at Jasper County REMC in April 2008, where they worked for 11 years as an Operational Specialist. During this time, they gained extensive experience in electrical utility operations, including working with various systems and implementing an AMI system project.

Joshua Pepple earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University, where they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same university, studying from 2015 to 2017.
