Johnny Bailey possesses extensive experience in the textile and apparel industry, with a significant focus on supply chain management and product development for performance and military-related garments. Current roles at National Safety Apparel include Sr. Manager of Textile Supply Chain & R/D and Product Manager for Military. Prior to this, Johnny served as Director of Development at DRIFIRE / Optimer Brands, overseeing new product development in the flame-resistant apparel sector, and held various managerial positions at Johnston Textiles Inc., responsible for manufacturing operations and process improvements. Early career experience at West Point Pepperell encompassed production management and human resources. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management and Technology from Auburn University.
