Chantal Trépanier

Ms Trépanier was at the head of Cognibox for nearly 20 years. She orchestrated the transition from a consulting and training firm to a software company with a recurring revenue model. Ms. Trépanier stands out for her leadership and creativity, and considers innovation and development top priorities. She initiated and carried out the standardization and recognition project for Occupational Health and Safety training with approximately 100 client corporations. Her forward-thinking ideas led her to propel SIM Inc. internationally by imagining Cognibox, a contractor compliance management SAAS used by leading corporations across 30 countries. In 2015, she won the prestigious Investissement Québec CEO of the Year Award given by company executive leaders in the technology field.
